Vuzel ("we", "us", "our"), operated by IE DZMITRY KHUTSISHVILI, provides the vuzel.net website and platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

• We do not store passwords for OAuth users. Email/password accounts use secure hashing.

• Feature usage and navigation patterns (anonymized analytics).

2.3 Payment Data

Payments are processed by Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record). We do not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or other sensitive payment details. We only receive transaction confirmations and subscription status from Paddle.

2.4 Uploaded Data

CSV and Excel files you upload are stored securely and used solely to provide analytics within your account. We do not access, analyze, or share your uploaded data for any other purpose.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Vuzel platform.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To provide AI-powered analytics on your uploaded data.
• To send transactional emails (account verification, password reset, billing receipts).
• To monitor and prevent abuse of the Service.

We do not use your data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or train AI models on your uploaded datasets.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Supabase — authentication and metadata storage.
• ClickHouse Cloud — analytics data storage and querying.
• Paddle — payment processing (Merchant of Record).
• Anthropic / OpenAI — AI language models for the analytics agent.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Sentry — error tracking and performance monitoring.
• Vercel — web application hosting.

Each provider processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data required for each service to function.

5. Data Storage & Security

• All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest.
• Account metadata is stored in Supabase (AWS infrastructure).
• Analytics data is stored in ClickHouse Cloud.
• We implement industry-standard security measures including Row Level Security (RLS) for data isolation between users.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies only — for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No cookie consent banner is required as we only use strictly necessary cookies.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion — request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Export — export your datasets and dashboards at any time.
• Withdraw consent — opt out of non-essential communications.

8. Data Retention

• Account data is retained for as long as your account is active.
• Upon account deletion, all personal data and uploaded datasets are permanently deleted within 30 days.

• Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
