1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Vuzel ("the Service"), operated by IE DZMITRY KHUTSISHVILI ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vuzel is a cloud-based, AI-assisted data analytics platform. Users upload datasets (CSV, Excel), describe their business context, and an AI agent creates interactive dashboards with charts, KPIs, and insights. The Service is provided as a SaaS (Software as a Service) product accessible at vuzel.net.

3. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Merchant of Record: All payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
  • Subscription plans: Pro subscriptions (monthly, yearly, or lifetime) provide unlimited dashboards, unlimited datasets, and monthly AI credits.
  • Automatic renewal: Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • AI credits: AI features consume credits. Monthly credits are added each billing cycle and accumulate. Credits from purchased credit packs never expire.
  • Credit packs: One-time credit purchases are non-refundable digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase.
  • Price changes: We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions are honored until the next renewal date.

5. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on subscription plans. Credit packs are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Your Data

  • You retain full ownership of all data you upload to the Service.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
  • We use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
  • You may export or delete your data at any time.
  • Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload malicious, illegal, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
  • Use automated scripts to access the Service without prior consent.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by IE DZMITRY KHUTSISHVILI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. Dashboards and visualizations you create using the Service are yours to use freely.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

  • You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
  • Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (liability, IP, data deletion).

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
