Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Vuzel. If the Service does not meet your expectations, we offer the following refund terms.
1. Subscription Plans (Pro Monthly & Yearly)
- 14-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
- After 14 days: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining time in a billing cycle.
- Renewals: Refund requests for automatic renewals are accepted within 7 days of the renewal charge.
2. Lifetime Plan
- 14-day money-back guarantee: Same as subscription plans — full refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied.
- After 14 days: Lifetime purchases are non-refundable, as they provide permanent access to the platform.
3. Credit Packs
Credit packs are non-refundable digital goods that are delivered and available for use immediately upon purchase. Once credits are added to your account, they cannot be refunded.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at hello@vuzel.net with your account email and the reason for the request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.
Since payments are processed by Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record), refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, including but not limited to: repeated subscription-and-refund cycles, violation of our Terms of Service, or fraudulent activity.
